Samsung Micro RGB TV is now certified by VDE to be safe towards eyes and circadian rhythm
Samsung has recently announced that the R95H model of its Micro RGB TV series has picked up 2 notable certifications from VDE based in Germany. This is mainly focused on eye safety, and the other on how well the TV works with your body’s natural day-night rhythm.

The eye safety certification looks closely at how the display handles light emissions, especially blue light, which is the main concern when you’re staring at screens for long periods. At the same time, the Circadian Rhythm Display certification goes a step further by checking whether the TV can actually adapt to your daily cycle by adjusting brightness and color temperature depending on the time of day, and dialing down blue light in the evening so it doesn’t mess with melatonin production.
To do this, Samsung injected tons of attention when it comes to the production of the display panel, on top of fine-tuning brightness and color. And while this is the first step from Samsung to make their TVs better in general, they also confirmed that they are working on bringing that circadian support to more products across the range.
