Unboxing – Samsung Galaxy A32 5G (2021)

Today what we have in our studio is the brand-new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G. While it may not be the flagship nor the highest-end A-series model, but it has almost all the useful features that are exclusive to flagship Galaxy smartphones in the past few years.

In this article, we shall unbox and explore what you can expect after purchasing the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G.

Unboxing

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G comes in a typical smartphone packaging that Samsung has used for many years. It is straightforward as you can see the phone’s outlook at the front of the box.

Sliding out the external sleeve reveals another cardboard cover that serves to keep paper documentation and protecting the phone.

Accessories

What you get in the box:

  • Samsung Galaxy A32 5G
  • Samsung EP-TA200 15W Fast Charge
  • USB-A to USB-C cable
  • paper documentation

The included fast charge adapter is very important as the phone has a 5000mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy A32 5G

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G turned on and ready to go. Overall, the phone feels really nice to hold in the hand. Probably due to the 5000mAh battery that makes the phone feel dense.

Here’s the spec:

  • 6.5″ TFT LCD 720×1600
  • MediaTek MT6853 Dimensity 720 5G (7 nm)
  • Android 11, One UI 3.0
  • 8GB RAM
  • 128GB Internal storage
  • Quad camera
    48 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/2.0″, 0.8µm, PDAF
    8 MP, f/2.2, 123˚, (ultrawide), 1/4.0″, 1.12µm
    5 MP, f/2.4, (macro)
    2 MP, f/2.4, (depth)
  • Front camera
    13 MP, f/2.2, (wide)
  • 5000mAh

The phone has really nice design which is in line with the flagship Galaxy S series. While some might question the rationale behind the decision of purchasing the A32, I strongly believe that a good software experience will bring better user satisfaction compared with high-end components with subpar software. In our case here, the Samsung One UI has a lot to offer not to mention you’re getting SamsungPay right out of the box.
