Samsung is finally making Galaxy and Apple devices play nice with Quick Share
Samsung has announced they have enabled the Galaxy S26 series to share files directly with Apple devices through Quick Share.

What this means in real use is pretty simple. Inside the Quick Share menu, there’s now an option called “Share with Apple Devices,” and once you turn that on, nearby iPhones, iPads, and even Macs can pick up your device and receive files almost instantly. No more weird workarounds, no more jumping through hoops just to move something between ecosystems – it just works the way you’d expect it to in 2026.
And with the number of people dual-driving different branded devices for productivity, cross compatibility should be here earlier, but hey, better than never.
Samsung did mention that support will expand to “other devices” soon, but they haven’t clarified how far back this will go. So if you’re using an older Galaxy phone, it’s still unclear whether you’ll get this feature or be left out.
