Origin Code launches new high-spec VORTEX DDR5 memory kit and custom cooling block
Origin Code has introduced a new SKU for the VORTEX DDR5 family of DRAM products, this time a 48GB kit aimed at high-performance systems.
The new release is a 24GB x 2 set rated at 6200 MT/s with CL28 timings and utilizes tri-fan cooling. The memory is compatible with AMD EXPO profiles, making it ready for high-demand tasks from content creation and AI applications to intensive gaming – all coated with a Meteorite Black finish.
Alongside the memory, Origin Code also launched a dedicated watercooling block engineered for the VORTEX DDR5 series. This module uses a 2-inlet, 1-outlet configuration with standard G1/4 threads and claims up to 50% improved heat dissipation. Additionally, the block integrates a 178° wide-view LCD display, which provides real-time system monitoring and visual customization, though it requires integration into a complete cooling loop for thermal benefit.
The company will showcase these products, along with other offerings, at COMPUTEX 2026, located at Hall 2 of the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.
