Biwin launches M560 PCIe 5.0 SSD targeting AI and high-speed workloads
To address the needs of high-performance computing, Biwin’s latest M560 PCIe 5.0 SSD has been announced.

The drive pushes sequential performance up to 11,000 MB/s for reads and 10,000 MB/s for writes, placing it among the higher-end tiers of current PCIe 5.0 consumer SSDs. Not only providing maximum throughput but also consistency for sustained workloads, the M560 can be the “be all, do all” drive for multiple scenarios, such as large asset loading in games, real-time data processing, and multitasking-heavy creative environments.
At the hardware level, the SSD uses a 6nm controller designed to improve energy efficiency without sacrificing sustained performance. With reported average power consumption below 5.2W, the M560 is optimized for thermally constrained systems such as thin laptops, mini PCs, and compact desktops. The use of a single-sided M.2 2280 form factor also benefits the same end devices, since there’s less space occupied by the drive.
Reliability features include LDPC error correction and intelligent wear-leveling technology, aimed at maintaining data integrity and extending operational lifespan under heavy use. Meanwhile, the 2TB variant offers endurance of up to 1,500 TBW, and is supported by a 5-year limited warranty.
