U Mobile Launches 5G-Ready Unlimited Prepaid Plans

U Mobile today introduced two new 5G-ready offerings. U25 and U35 are the most affordable 5G-ready prepaid plans featuring unlimited data and calls and they are available with the new 5G-ready prepaid SIM pack. Another unique feature of the new U25 and U35 plans is the daily 1-hour high-speed boost. When customers need a speed boost, all they need to do is redeem their daily free 1 hour via the MyUMobile app, and they will be able to enjoy the fastest speeds available to them, be it 4G or 5G when it is accessible.
To mark the launch, the U25 plan is going for a promotional price of only RM20 monthly for unlimited data at 3 Mbps, making it the only prepaid plan in the market that offers unlimited data and calls at its price point, while the U35 plan costs RM35 monthly for unlimited data at 6 Mbps and 3GB of free hotspot. Both plans also provide unlimited calls and are valid for 30 days, providing the best value for customers in the market.
The new 5G-ready prepaid SIM pack is valued at RM10 and comes preloaded with RM6 credit and 1GB of high-speed data. Calls are priced at 15 sen per minute while SMS is priced at 12 sen each. Customers may also enjoy 1 low flat rate for IDD calls to Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand, China, Vietnam and Cambodia.
