Samsung sets up new Partner Experience Store at KL Eco City
Samsung Malaysia has officially opened up a new Partner Experience Store (PES) at KL Eco City together with Modernize Vida to provide access to the brand’s full range of services and products.
The houses 7 different themed zones, each designed around specific uses, yet all of them stick to the same process of showing how it’s used, how SmartThings makes them smarter, and how the AI-driven techs provide even more value to them.
For one, the Professional Laundry Solution is squarely aimed at commercial and industrial deployments where high capacity and operational efficiency matter more than traditional home appliance setups. The washers support capacities up to 18kg, while dryers go up to 14kg, and the system also supports stackable configurations to save installation space.
Through SmartThings, businesses can streamline operations while also improving user experiences through automation and centralized device control. On the other hand, the Devices, Solutions and Services (DSS) strategy offers scalable business-to-business deployments in the form of a hardware + software +service combo.
