Samsung Officiates Galaxy S9 & S9+ In Malaysia

Samsung just officiated the brand new Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ right here in Malaysia with the help of Korean star, Park BoGum. It has received over 30 recognitions during MWC2018  – and Samsung’s brand new flagship smartphone is going to set more records than ever.

Starting off with the specs – both the Galaxy S9 and S9+ has very similar specs. There are a few obvious discrepancies – like the screen size and battery capacity. The camera and amount of RAM are different too, as the S9+ has OIS for both its rear-facing cameras, and has 4GB RAM as opposed to the S9 which doesn’t have OIS and has 4GB of RAM.

As for the other aspects, both the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are equipped with the same features and hardware:

• Exynos 9810 chipset with octa-core processor; fabricated with 10nm process technology

• Bluetooth 5.0
• Android 8.0 Oreo

The brand new Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ also tout their other features – like variable aperture where you can toggle between f/1.5 or f/2.4 for their rear-camera. You can even create a library of emojis using your face with the new AR Emoji feature. After that, take super slow-motion shots that record at 960fps and slow it down to add extra depth to your action. Of course, the Live Focus is here too.

The Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be available starting 16^th March 2018 in Malaysia. Offered at a recommended retail price from RM3,299 to RM4,399, it will be available in Midnight Black, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple.
