Biwin launches Amber ME300 microSD Express with PCIe NVMe performance
Biwin has expanded its Amber storage lineup with the release of the ME300 microSD Express Card built on the SD 7.1 specification and PCIe NVMe technology to help handheld gaming systems and mobile devices perform better than before, all the while retaining the convenience of the microSD form factor.

The Amber ME300 delivers sequential read speeds of up to 900 MB/s and write speeds of up to 800 MB/s, bringing PCIe-class performance to microSD storage. According to Biwin, this enables faster game launches, reduced loading times, and smoother responsiveness during intensive gameplay or media processing, narrowing the performance gap between removable storage and internal SSDs in portable devices.
The 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB capacities also make the drive convenient to store larger game libraries and content files, cutting down the need to frequently move files in and out of the card.
In terms of compatibility, the Amber ME300 supports next-generation microSD Express devices while remaining backward compatible with UHS-I, making it suitable for gradual upgrades. It is also made to be durable for all use cases, as it is certified to protect against water, dust, drops, X-rays, shocks, and impacts.
