Initially rolled out with the Galaxy S25 series in May, the beta update will be available next week for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Galaxy Z Flip6 in Korea, the U.S., the U.K., and India.

By September, Samsung plans to add support for older and mid-range models, including the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, A36 5G, A55 5G, A35 5G, and A54 5G. Users can join the beta via the Samsung Members app.

One UI 8 introduces advanced Galaxy AI capabilities, emphasizing real-time context awareness and natural user interaction. It enables users to activate Google’s Gemini assistant by voice or a long press on either Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro, highlighting the seamless AI integration between devices.

Optimized for Samsung’s varied device lineup, the update brings enhancements in productivity and user personalization, including proactive suggestions and intelligent behavior adaptation.
