“Ultra” tier Samsung Galaxy Z Fold device officially confirmed

So this Samsung email just dropped today, and it’s a surprise for most of us – An “Ultra” model seemingly confirmed for this year’s Samsung Galaxy Z Fold family.
As foldable screens become more mature in tech implementation and manufacturing process, it’s bound to be more accessible and cheaper over time (The bleeding edge ones are tri-folding models led by the likes of Huawei), so perhaps this might be a good time to “keep the premium in the premium” by introducing another top tier model.
Right off the bat, the teaser hints at a bigger screen and improved cameras – and honestly, that’s reassuring. With 6 years of experience in refining the form factor and whatnot, the Z Fold6 is already quite solid, and it probably will be even better in the “Z Fold7 Ultra” (Highly probable to be named like this).
But the camera’s a bit wacky as it is not one-to-one identical to the likes of the Galaxy S Ultra model of current years. So knowing that the cameras will be better in the next gen is good news.
However, the pricing will definitely be hard to swallow, as with currently available models floating around the RM6k-7k mark, we could see the Ultra going back to the “first gen debut” levels of RM8k-RM9k. So let’s see if they can make some magic work here.
