Samsung expands retail presence with new Experience Store at KLGCC Mall
Samsung Malaysia has opened a new Samsung Experience Store at KLGCC Mall, adding yet another strategic location to offer visitors a chance to explore, experience, and engage with Samsung’s latest technologies in a hands-on environment.
The store features the complete lineup of Galaxy products, from smartphones and wearables to tablets and smart accessories, all presented to highlight how the Galaxy ecosystem integrates seamlessly across devices. There’s also the Live Space corner, an interactive zone created to inspire creativity and discovery through workshops and experiential sessions that demonstrate the capabilities of Galaxy AI and Gemini.
Complementing the physical experience, the store includes Samsung’s Store+ digital platform, allowing visitors to browse and purchase the brand’s full catalog, including TVs, audio products, home appliances, and monitors. Orders placed via the in-store kiosk can be delivered directly to customers’ homes, offering a streamlined shopping experience that reflects Samsung’s focus on convenience and connectivity.
To celebrate the opening, Samsung is offering exclusive promotions on Galaxy devices and accessories beginning November 15, 2025.
