Samsung pushes new update that delivers the Art Basel collection onto its 2025 TV lineup
Samsung has announced that its 2025 TV series will now have access to the Art Basel in Basel (ABB) Collection via the Samsung Art Store platform.

Featuring 38 curated digital works from a diverse lineup of global artists and galleries, including a first-time debut of an Africa-based collection, the exclusive ABB Collection highlights both emerging and established artists across continents and mediums with notable works including Roméo Mivekannin’s reinterpretation of classical portraiture, Basim Magdy’s colorful vision of utopian futures, Zandile Tshabalala’s portrait celebrating Black femininity, and Antonia Kuo’s hybrid digital-analog diptych. Pieces by renowned names like Jo Baer and Lynn Hershman Leeson also add depth to the curation.
To bring the collection to life, Samsung is setting up an interactive experience called ArtCube at Messe Basel’s Halle 1 during Art Basel from June 19–22. Visitors can explore the ABB Collection on The Frame, MICRO LED, and Neo QLED 8K displays while engaging in immersive activities like creating custom animated portraits. Samsung will also host panel discussions to explore how technology continues to shape the future of artistic expression.
This initiative builds on Samsung and Art Basel’s ongoing global partnership, which began with Art Basel Miami Beach 2024 and continued through Art Basel Hong Kong earlier this year. That collaboration resulted in several pieces making it into the top 10 most-viewed artworks in the Art Store.
The ABB Collection joins Samsung Art Store’s growing library of over 3,500 works from more than 800 artists accessible through the 2025 Art TV lineup spanning Neo QLED 8K, QLED, The Frame, and more.
