Epson launches EH-LS9000B in Malaysia to bring affordable high-end home cinema

Epson Malaysia has announced the arrival of the EH-LS9000B projector for the local market that offers superior output and usability at a relatively value price.

Immersive big screen entertainment is always around, and the EH-LS9000B delivers 4K visuals powered by Epson’s 3LCD technology for vibrant colours and consistent brightness. It is supported by a suite of visual enhancement features ,including HDR10+, 4K frame interpolation, Scene Adaptive Gamma Correction, and Auto Contrast Enhancement, all working together to improve contrast, motion smoothness, and overall image balance for a more cinematic presentation.

From an installation perspective, the projector includes a 3-axis motorised lens that supports precise horizontal and vertical adjustments, while 10 lens memory presets allow users to store zoom, focus, and lens positions for different room setups. It also supports IP control systems such as Control4, Crestron, and PJLink, enabling smoother integration into smart home ecosystems, which reflects the increasing convergence between home entertainment and connected home platforms.

Additionally, it uses a solid-state laser light source rated for up to 20,000 hours, reaches full brightness in around eight seconds, and automatically adjusts brightness by up to 5% to balance image quality with energy efficiency.
