BIWIN strengthens global position in memory and storage sector with ‘Most Valuable SSE STAR Market Listed Company’ recognition
BIWIN has been recognized as the “Most Valuable SSE STAR Market Listed Company,” a distinction that highlights its rising influence in China’s tech and capital markets while underscoring its role in shaping the global memory and storage industry.
The company, which debuted on the SSE STAR Market in 2022, has developed a vertically integrated ecosystem covering chip design, advanced packaging, testing, and equipment development. This structure enables BIWIN to serve sectors ranging from consumer electronics and AI edge devices to automotive systems and enterprise storage with speed and reliability.
Breakthroughs in technology

BIWIN has achieved mass production of 16-layer stacked die and ultra-thin 30–40μm die packaging, technologies now powering high-capacity storage in smartphones and wearables. Its in-house test solutions, integrating ATE, burn-in, and SLT, safeguard product quality and maximize yields across diverse applications.
Strong financial momentum
In 2024, the brand recorded revenue of approximately $920 million, up 86% year-on-year, while net profit rose by 125.8%. Revenue from AI edge devices grew nearly 300% to more than $137 million, supported by demand for smartwatches, AI glasses, and learning devices. In the first half of 2025, revenue reached $539 million, an increase of 13.7% compared to the previous year, with profitability and margins continuing to improve.
Expanding impact across industries

BIWIN’s technologies support consumer wearables, AI-powered devices, and autonomous driving with high-performance storage, while its enterprise solutions strengthen cloud and data center infrastructures with scalable and energy-efficient designs. Additionally, wafer-level packaging and proprietary testing systems enable efficient scaling for high-demand industries.
Investment and global expansion

Backed by an investment of around $260 million in expanded packaging and testing capacity, BIWIN is reinforcing its long-term growth strategy. In May 2024, the company unveiled a new logo reflecting its evolution into a global technology powerhouse. Around the same time, it launched its consumer-facing brand, Biwin, offering SSDs, DRAM, portable SSDs, memory cards, and card readers aimed at global consumers seeking performance and reliability.
With rapid financial growth, sustained R&D investment, and a sharpened global strategy, BIWIN is positioning itself as one of the fastest-growing and most influential players in the memory and storage sector.
